The NSD workforce is a community of long-term care nurses. We gather to educate ourselves, share work process ideas, resources and provide mentoring and support to help each member grow in their long-term care career. NSD workforce community is a safe space where we keep each other. When a member of this community succeeds, we all succeed. We will share our accomplishments and challenges in this community as we travel these roads together.

There are two types of membership within the community. The members who may join through the NurseLTC app and others who may sign up directly through our website. As a subscribed workforce member, you will have access to some pertinent work process forms for free, live webinars, and CEU courses at discounted rates. Also, you will be part of a community of long-term care nurses with valuable work experiences to share and make you successful in your careers.
